What types of payment do you take?

 

Stripe or Paypal. Credit card payments can be made through either PayPal or Stripe.

When will my order be shipped?

 

Orders placed by 1 pm Eastern Time on a business day will be shipped the same day. On rare occasions, we'll hold an order for 1-2 days if we're waiting on new inventory.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

 

Australia Post Normal Estimated Time Frames are as follows:

 

 

Registered Post

Hunter Region - 1 to 3 Business Days

NSW - 2 to 7 Business Days

Other States - 5 to 7 Business Days

 

Express post

1-3 Business Days

 

International

7 to 45  Business Days depending on your country

I haven't received my order yet?

 

Delivery for all orders is by Australia Post. I ask that you please allow up to 14 postal days for registered post, or 45 postal days for international. If it still has not arrived by then, please check with your local post offices for your parcel, then if it is not waiting collection, PLEASE contact me.

Does this come in a gift box or pouch?

 

To keep prices as low as possible, gift bags or boxes are not included, unless otherwise advertised.

Where are your located?

Mother Jewel is currently only an online boutique, without having a physical storefront, we have lower overheads so this is how we can offer such beautiful and high-quality jewellery for such affordable prices. Our office and warehouse is based in Newcastle, NSW.

What are your business hours?

 

Open: Monday to Friday 9 - 5

Closed: Weekends & Public Holidays

 

All questions received during the weekend will be answered on Monday.

 

 

 

Why haven't you answered my emails/messages?

 

Communication is important to us and we aim to answer all messages/emails as quickly as possible. If we have not replied to you within 2 business days, we may not have received your message, please forward again.
